Who we are
Palermo Bella Inc., doing business as Italian Brothers Restaurant, operates at 330 North Santa Cruz Avenue, Los Gatos, CA 95030. This notice explains how we handle information connected with this website, inquiries and communications. Contact us at marco@italianbrothersbayarea.com or (408) 354-0111.
Information you provide
We receive contact details and information you submit when asking about catering, private events or group dining. This may include your name, email, phone, company, event date, guest count, budget, delivery or event address, preferences and notes. Please include only information needed to discuss your request. Newsletter and Sicily project interest forms collect the information shown on those forms.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond, discuss availability, prepare proposals and coordinate services. Sending an event inquiry does not subscribe you to our marketing list. If you separately subscribe, we use your details for the communications you requested; you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails or contact us.
Our event database
Event inquiries are recorded in our Google Sheets event tracker, with email notifications through Google Workspace. Technical request identifiers and submission limits help prevent duplicate requests and abuse. We have not established a fixed retention period for unconfirmed event inquiries. Those records may remain in our event database; contact us to ask about your record or request deletion. We consider applicable legal obligations and records needed for existing bookings when responding.
Services used to fulfill your requests
We use service providers for hosting, communications and requested services. Depending on the action you choose, these include Google Workspace and Forms, SevenRooms for reservations and email signup, Order.online and DoorDash for ordering and our app, ezCater for catering orders, and RewardUp for gift cards. Payments and account details entered on those services are handled through their own systems and privacy notices. App stores and linked social platforms also have their own notices.
Sharing your information
We do not sell customer personal information or share it with other businesses for their advertising. Information may be handled by providers needed to operate our services, complete your requests or communicate with you. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security or legal claims.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Analytics preferences
Choose Allow analytics or Reject analytics in the preferences panel. You can reopen Cookie preferences in the footer at any time. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days, separately from consent to contact you about an inquiry. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using our website. On withdrawal, we stop our analytics tracking and remove accessible first-party cookies for this Analytics setup. This does not delete information already collected by Google or control cookies on external ordering, booking or other services. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, or to stop marketing communications. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Your rights depend on applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction-related reasons. For accounts and orders held by an external provider, you may also need to contact that provider directly.
Security, children and updates
We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us. We may update this notice as our services or practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
