2. Reservations & Orders

Reservations: Table bookings are managed via Tock. All reservation policies, including cancellations, refunds, and modifications, are subject to Tock’s terms and conditions.
Online Orders: Takeout and delivery are processed through DoorDash. All terms regarding delivery, cancellations, and disputes fall under DoorDash’s policies.
Modifications & Cancellations: Any changes to reservations or orders must be handled directly through the respective platform (Tock or DoorDash).

3. Product Sales & Shipping

Merchandise & Apparel: We offer apparel and print-on-demand products. All purchases are final unless the item is defective.
Taxes: Prices include applicable taxes where required.
Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-14 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination.
Lost or Delayed Shipments: We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by third-party couriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

Print-on-Demand Products: Since items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
Food Orders: Any refund requests for food orders must be directed to DoorDash and are subject to their policies.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at italian.brothers@icloud.com with proof of the issue.

Intellectual Property: All content, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Italian Brothers Restaurant and cannot be used without permission.
User Conduct: You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, or engage in activities that could harm our business.
