A favorite dish can offer a personal starting point. If you prefer a simpler decision, tell Marco your approximate guest count and whether you have a light reception or a fuller meal in mind.
One contact for the catering
Share who will coordinate the food, where we can unload and any venue requirements. If a family member or friend is helping with arrangements, let Marco know who should receive the proposal.
Ideas for your menu.
For a lighter reception, consider an antipasti selection and Caprese. For a shared meal, discuss lasagna, a salad and vegetables, with cannoli or tiramisu if you would like dessert. The menu is planned around your gathering and confirmed in your proposal.

From food delivery to full-service catering with on-site staff, discuss what you need with Marco. For full service, we finish cooking at your venue using a full kitchen or our gas cooking equipment where permitted. If cooking on-site is not possible, we’ll coordinate hot-food delivery for the agreed serving time.
Share dietary needs and allergies before the menu is confirmed. Pricing depends on the menu, guest count, location and service arrangements.

Can you cater a memorial reception at our home?
Yes. This service is for your home or another venue you choose. Share the address and any access or venue requirements so Marco can assess the arrangements.
What if we are still working out the details?
Share the information you have. The inquiry form allows a date to be confirmed; it asks for an estimated guest count and the event’s street address and city to help us plan.
Can we request catering on a short timeline?
Send your preferred date and details so Marco can check availability. Availability and service arrangements need to be confirmed; submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date.
