How we use your inquiry

Information you share

The form collects your name, email, phone number and event details, including the occasion, guest count, preferred space, date and time. You can also provide company information, a budget and notes about your plans. Include only the personal details needed to discuss your event.

We use these details to respond to your inquiry, discuss availability, prepare a proposal and coordinate your event. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where your request goes

Your request is recorded in our event tracker in Google Sheets, and an email notification is sent to Marco through Google Workspace. The form also uses technical request identifiers and submission limits to help prevent duplicate requests and abuse.
