For full-service catering, we finish cooking on-site so your food is served at its best. We can use your venue’s full kitchen or bring our own gas cooking equipment where permitted. If on-site cooking isn’t possible, we’ll coordinate hot-food delivery to arrive at the agreed serving time.

Is this catering at our place or at the restaurant?

This service is for celebrations at your home or another venue you choose. For a gathering hosted at Italian Brothers in Los Gatos, explore private events at our restaurant.

What occasions do you cater?

Birthdays, anniversaries, baby and bridal showers, graduations, holiday parties, family gatherings and celebrations of life. Explore the occasions above or tell us what you have in mind.

Do you cater celebrations of life and memorial gatherings?

Yes. We provide celebration of life catering in Los Gatos and across the Bay Area, at your home or chosen venue. Marco will help coordinate the menu, timing and service so family and friends can gather and share memories. Select “Celebration of life” in the inquiry form and share the details you know.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Los Gatos and welcome catering inquiries for Monte Sereno, Saratoga, Campbell, nearby San Jose and other Bay Area locations. Share your event address so Marco can confirm availability, travel and service arrangements.

Can we book catering with or without staff?

Yes. Discuss the service you need with Marco, from food delivery to full-service catering with on-site staff. Your proposal will confirm the arrangements.

Does our venue need a kitchen?

For full-service catering, we finish cooking on-site using your venue’s full kitchen or our gas cooking equipment where permitted. If neither is possible, we can coordinate hot-food delivery for the agreed serving time.

Can we personalize the menu?

Yes. Share your favorite dishes and the kind of celebration you have in mind. Marco will help shape the menu around your guests and confirm the selection in your proposal.

Can we add a bartender?

Yes. Select the optional bartender preference in your inquiry. We’ll discuss your bar plans and confirm service arrangements and pricing in your proposal.

What if our guests have dietary needs or allergies?

Include any dietary needs or allergies in your inquiry. Marco will discuss suitable menu options and preparation requirements with you before the menu is confirmed.

What if we haven’t confirmed the date?

Select “Date to be confirmed” in your inquiry. Please include your event’s street address and city so Marco can assess the location and service arrangements.

How do pricing and booking work?

Pricing depends on your menu, guest count, location and service arrangements. Marco will reply by email to discuss your plans. After you approve your personalized proposal, we’ll request a deposit. Your event is confirmed when we receive it. Sending the form does not reserve your date.
