An exclusive setting for a larger occasion.

A buyout gives your event exclusive use of the restaurant. It is a different arrangement from our semi-private dining area, where other diners are present. Because of the restaurant layout, groups of 26 or more require a buyout.

Tell Marco how you want guests to gather and which spaces you would like to use. The included indoor and outdoor areas, seating layout and timing are agreed in your proposal.

26+ guests

Groups of 26 or more use the buyout format. The minimum charge is based on 40 guests, even when fewer attend.

Up to 60 indoors

The indoor restaurant accommodates up to 60 guests, with the table arrangement confirmed for your event.

Up to 100 combined

Events using indoor and outdoor seating accommodate up to 100 guests. Outdoor areas are confirmed separately; the capacities are not simply added together.

Choose the day and meal period.

Buyouts are available to discuss for Monday–Thursday lunch and dinner, and Friday–Sunday lunch. Friday–Sunday dinner buyouts are not available. Every date remains subject to confirmation.

Room fees depend on the day and meal period. Monday–Thursday lunch has no room fee; the buyout minimum and other event charges still apply. Ask Marco for a proposal for your specific date.

One proposal for the whole occasion.

Your menu is planned in advance. Share your guest count, food preferences, dietary needs and beverage plans so Marco can outline the arrangements and pricing. Use the Italian Brothers menu for inspiration, then confirm the event selections together.

Your estimate will explain the menu, beverages, any room fee and the minimum charge. Applicable sales tax and gratuity are added. Discuss speeches, presentations or other activities before committing to outside arrangements.

Can we book a buyout for 30 guests?

Yes, a group of 30 falls within the buyout format, subject to availability. The minimum charge is based on 40 guests even when only 30 attend; Marco will explain the total in your proposal.

Does 100 guests mean 100 inside?

No. Indoor capacity is up to 60. The maximum of 100 uses indoor and outdoor areas together, with the layout and included spaces confirmed during planning.

Can we reserve the restaurant on a Saturday evening?

Friday–Sunday dinner buyouts are not available. Discuss a weekend lunch or a Monday–Thursday lunch or dinner instead.

Does sending an inquiry reserve our date?

No. Your inquiry starts the planning conversation. Marco confirms availability, the proposal and booking requirements before the event is reserved.
