Individual Bites & Small Plates can include arancini, Italian charcuterie cups, smoked salmon crostini and tri-color fusilli pasta salad. If your reception replaces lunch or dinner, discuss a more substantial menu. Final selections and service are confirmed in your proposal.

Choose food delivery or catering with on-site staff. For full service, we finish cooking in your venue’s kitchen or with our gas equipment where permitted. Otherwise, we coordinate hot-food delivery for the agreed serving time.

Can we combine a reception with a buffet?
Discuss the sequence with Marco—for example, bites as guests arrive followed by a shared meal. Your proposal will confirm the menu, timing and staffing.
Can we add a bartender?
Bartender service is an optional addition. Share your plans in the corporate inquiry form so Marco can discuss the arrangements and pricing with you.
Can you cater in our office?
Yes. Provide the event address, suite or floor, building access instructions and any venue requirements. Marco will confirm the service arrangements for that location.
