Share your preferred date, venue and guest count so Marco can check availability. Discuss Italian favorites, the timing of toasts and any indoor or outdoor setup requirements.

Start with antipasti, bruschetta or Caprese, then consider lasagna, chicken Marsala or salmon Piccata with salads and vegetables. Cannoli or tiramisu can finish the meal. Share your team’s preferences and dietary needs; the menu and pricing will be confirmed with Marco.

Choose food delivery or catering with on-site staff. For full service, we finish cooking in your venue’s kitchen or with our gas equipment where permitted. Otherwise, we coordinate hot-food delivery for the agreed serving time.

Do you cater company holiday parties?
Yes. Share your preferred date, venue, estimated guest count and the kind of meal you have in mind. Marco will check availability and discuss the proposal.
Can we have a buffet with on-site staff?
Yes. Discuss the service you need with Marco. Staffing, setup and the serving schedule will be confirmed in your proposal.
How is the event confirmed?
For events planned with Marco, review and approve your personalized proposal, then pay the requested deposit. Sending an inquiry alone does not reserve the date.
