2. Food Orders

  • Takeout & Delivery: Refunds for food orders must be requested directly through DoorDash and are subject to their policies.

  • Incorrect or Damaged Orders: If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please report it via DoorDash within their specified timeframe.

3. Merchandise & Apparel (Print-on-Demand Products)

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of print-on-demand, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty product, contact us at italian.brothers@icloud.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your merchandise order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us for assistance.

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
